Am I required to follow a regular schedule of sessions?

We understand the need for flexibility, so we have a simple system in place:

  • During intake we will schedule a recurring session that works best for you and/or your team.
  • Whenever the booking needs to be rescheduled, we willcheck the calendar for availability and book a one-off session.
  • Our policy is to limit the number of Setup+Support subscriptions available according to our team availability, in order to guarantee that experts are available two weeks in advance or less.
  • If other subscribers have already have filled the calendar with one-off sessions more than two weeks in advance, we will honor our guarantee and free up room on the schedule for your needs.
  • One-off sessions cannot be scheduled more than 30 days in advance except by special exception.
