What happens if something comes up - a delay or illness?

You may be concerned about the requirement that an assigned representative be present at all support sessions. For example, what if the event coordinator on your team is on leave and will not be able to attend sessions for two weeks?

We understand that life happens. In those situations, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work out a reasonable arrangement. Since support is provided by an assigned expert who should be fully familiar with your organization’s needs, it is possible that the work can continue in your absence. 

Typically, we will reschedule your support session to a "one-off session" time slot. 

If your assigned expert is sick, and there is an urgent deadline, we can have someone fill in or schedule an emergency one-off session.
