How do I check for availability and book facilitation services?

Use this booking form to view availability, and to lock a date for your next facilitated meeting. 

Bookings are tentative until fully confirmed and a deposit has been made.

A few notes:

• The sole purpose is to secure the dates.
• Minimum 10 day advance notice.
• 30 or more days advance notice is ideal.
• This is NOT for design sprints. See link below.
• Bookings are not a contractual commitment.
• Invoice(s) will be issued separately.
• Dates are not final until deposit / contract / accommodations have been agreed to.
