What are special requests?

How does it Work? 

The screenshot below shows an example of an special request form. 

ALERT: (June 2019) Originally, terminology was "Request Access" and "Accommodation Requests." This has been changed to simpler wording, "Special Request." Updates are being made across the site and help materials.   

For the person requesting access

Step 1: Finds / is invited to an event, is interested

Step 2: Click access request button

Step 3: Select which accommodations you need

Step 4: Optional - add a message with specifics (eg what kind of food allergy)

Step 5: Click "send request"

Next, the event host receives guidance

Step 1: Receives access request notification

Step 2: Notifies requester of decision

Step 3: Update event with new access information, promotes new acces
